Today, we will see the steps from Father to Son and how we fit into the big picture and connect with God! Some things are so obvious and simple that we tend to take truth for granted. However, looking at each step taken in the Bible helps us to see the Hand of God at work to feel that your life is Life, given to you, and to your sons and daughters!
In Matthews Chapter 1, we see that life is a gift from God and we understand that generations flow from father to son. In the Beginning, God created Man, father to son. Then women were created to help, carry, and birth children. Look at the importance God has placed on the creation of Life. He made the first Man and allowed us the opportunity to create ourselves, after God created EVE. The gift of God is seen and recorded for us to study and learn about the NEW Gift and Modern Miracle Creation, Jesus!
Think About It
Think about this. I have personally fallen asleep each time I tried to read all of these names, thinking, who cares about these people? Why do I need to know this insignificant information? Then I realized that I had to dig deeper, read it anyway and believe that I would begin to understand, someday before I die. It becomes obvious that we are all connected to God from the Beginning, the Middle, and in the end, when we all die. Each name and generation is important, with a purpose and has meaning.
God’s Spirit begins, ends, and re-assigns our destination, based on your love for Him or your lack of Love for Him (Defective Mind Set). Since when does a child tell his Dad: “You are not my Dad. You didn’t create ME; I created myself”? A Defective Mind is from the devil and will burn in hell along with the Defective Heart of Stone. Still, we choose our own fate, even though God knows the outcome.
Unbelief kills the father and son relationship and cuts off access to family, inheritance, and the gift of eternal life. This choice and lifestyle are simple. You do not love your Father! Your life is proof. My life is Proof. If you do not honor your mother and father, you do not honor God! How can you love God and you don’t love your family? How can you love God and you don’t love your sister or brother? Yeah, love your enemies too! God will do the rest and you will become the best you!
Ask God for a better Mind and Heart to understand His Wisdom in the Bible to apply to your lifestyle and family matters. See how His template is the example, teacher, preacher, church, and way through the front Gate of Heaven. Know than most will choose to travel to the Gates of Hell, with a one way first class ticket, accompanied with all of the drinks, drugs, lust, sex, lies, violence, and wasted talent.
Pray that you do the work of your faith, actively giving, living, caring and sharing about your Heavenly Job of Life, teaching by example that God is LOVE and is Good! As Children, we do not study Calculus in the 1st grade. We learn the basics to build up to complex issues that many will never understand, since they didn’t do the work. Wisdom grows as you get older and the old pass this information down to the young, who will listen and follow instructions.
You will be tested to see if you really believe God is Life, Love, Long-suffering, Happiness, Holy, Honor, Patient, Kind, Meek, Humble, Hope, The Way, and full of Charity. These character traits will shine like a light, in your lifestyle, to help others to believe that God is real. You are the TV screen for them. Does your TV screen depict the Anti-Christ or The Christ? Your choice is your channel.
Caution: If you are a parent, child, or sinner or believer, this simple truth will wake you up and begin to feed your soul!
Barnes is Life, focuses on God from a childlike perspective and the idea came from my children to pass on to their children’s, children’s, children…

12 After the exile to Babylon:
Jeconiah was the father of Shealtiel,

Joseph Accepts Jesus as His Son
18 This is how the birth of Jesus the Messiah came about[d]: His mother Mary was pledged to be married to Joseph, but before they came together, she was found to be pregnant through the Holy Spirit. 19 Because Joseph her husband was faithful to the law, and yet[e] did not want to expose her to public disgrace, he had in mind to divorce her quietly.
20 But after he had considered this, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream and said, “Joseph son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary home as your wife, because what is conceived in her is from the Holy Spirit. 21 She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus,[f] because he will save his people from their sins.”
22 All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet: 23 “The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel”[g] (which means “God with us”).
24 When Joseph woke up, he did what the angel of the Lord had commanded him and took Mary home as his wife. 25 But he did not consummate their marriage until she gave birth to a son. And he gave him the name Jesus.
