Hi Peeps,
Today’s Quote
“By faith, invite, accept, and participate in the movement of God in your secret closet of prayer, praise, and worship so that people around the world can see, hear, listen, read, follow, and understand the presence of God’s Spirit, Favor, and Flow in your life.”  ~  Jon Barnes

Steps

After you finished the first step of obedience that God has taught you and mastered it, God will then require you to take another step to master the next thing.  We keep learning and growing with each step, visit, trial, test, and opportunity to serve.  Each step should be obvious and to the point, but don’t take too many steps at one time.

Nicely

Sometimes we slip and recover nicely.  Other times, we need a special visit from God to regroup, reorganize, and restructure your purpose and goals.  The learning process is in the falling down and getting back up.  Be consistent in each step that you take towards the finish line.  Speed, talent, looks, money, fame, and time does not count as much as obedience to God does.

Experienced

Your experience in God’s movements will prepare you for the unexpected things, obstacles and challenges. Stop looking for the same old stuff to happen, but embrace the new assignment, like clouds formulate each day.  Some days the sky will be clear and you’ll get a day off.  New steps will seem logical, practical and exciting to visit.
There is no need to fear the next new thing in your life since God is navigating your movements like the weather patterns in the sky.

Psalm 30

A psalm of David. A song for the dedication of the Temple.

I will exalt you, Lord, for you rescued me.
You refused to let my enemies triumph over me.
Lord my God, I cried to you for help,
    and you restored my health.
You brought me up from the grave, O Lord.
You kept me from falling into the pit of death.
Sing to the Lord, all you godly ones!
    Praise his holy name.
For his anger lasts only a moment,
but his favor lasts a lifetime!
Weeping may last through the night,
but joy comes with the morning.
When I was prosperous, I said,
    “Nothing can stop me now!”
Your favor, O Lord, made me as secure as a mountain.
Then you turned away from me, and I was shattered.
I cried out to you, O Lord.
I begged the Lord for mercy, saying,
“What will you gain if I die,
if I sink into the grave?
Can my dust praise you?
Can it tell of your faithfulness?
10 Hear me, Lord, and have mercy on me.
    Help me, O Lord.”
11 You have turned my mourning into joyful dancing.
You have taken away my clothes of mourning and clothed me with joy,
12 that I might sing praises to you and not be silent.
Lord my God, I will give you thanks forever!

Love,

Jonathan
