Directional

Hi Peeps,
Today’s Quote
“The musical direction of the Hand of God’s Holy Spirit can be seen, heard, and felt alive in your daily walk and studies with Him, as He guides you into eternity to Heaven forever.”  ~  Jon Barnes

Spiritual

As a King’s Kid, you must get directions, training, instructions, and discipline in the ways of God within the palace of the pages from the Holy Bible.  Your spiritual education is directly from God as your eyes see what no person can see, but by the Spirit of Truth from the Power of God.  I cannot give you spirituality, common sense, or understanding.  Ask God.

Devotional

Devotion is a key ingredient in staying connected directly to God every second of the day, so that you are aware of His Presence, Passion, and Purpose for your life.  Your job and wonderful ministry unfold right in front of you with each step you take with God.  Many will voluntarily renounce their royal, holy position with God, based on the actions and the direction they take with their dishonest behavior.

Motivational

Each miracle that you experience in The Lord will give you courage, motivation, and insight to the next step in your life.  The Will of God seems easy in comparison to your own free will of ignorance, dreams, and mayhem.  The direction you hold dearest in your heart is the path you will follow to heaven or hell.
Today’s Question
Did you resign from the position God has given you by not doing the work of developing, studying, and maintaining the talent to serve others for working in the Kingdom of God?

Psalm 17

A prayer of David.

Lord, hear my plea for justice.
Listen to my cry for help.
Pay attention to my prayer,
for it comes from honest lips.
Declare me innocent,
for you see those who do right.
You have tested my thoughts and examined my heart in the night.
You have scrutinized me and found nothing wrong.
I am determined not to sin in what I say.
I have followed your commands,
which keep me from following cruel and evil people.
My steps have stayed on your path;
I have not wavered from following you.
I am praying to you because I know you will answer, O God.
Bend down and listen as I pray.
Show me your unfailing love in wonderful ways.
By your mighty power you rescue
those who seek refuge from their enemies.
Guard me as you would guard your own eyes.[a]
Hide me in the shadow of your wings.
Protect me from wicked people who attack me,
from murderous enemies who surround me.
10 They are without pity.
    Listen to their boasting!
11 They track me down and surround me,
watching for the chance to throw me to the ground.
12 They are like hungry lions, eager to tear me apart—
like young lions hiding in ambush.
13 Arise, O Lord!
Stand against them, and bring them to their knees!
Rescue me from the wicked with your sword!
14 By the power of your hand, O Lord,
destroy those who look to this world for their reward.
But satisfy the hunger of your treasured ones.
    May their children have plenty,
leaving an inheritance for their descendants.
15 Because I am righteous, I will see you.
When I awake, I will see you face to face and be satisfied.

Love,
Jonathan

Hi Peeps,
Today’s Quote
“If God is pleased about the completion of my daily work ethic, then my life is an honor and credit to my parents and ancestors who are in my direct bloodline.” ~ Jon Barnes

Rate

Rate your own work habits, thoughts, and personal records to see if your work nets you a surplus with God.  You are being paid daily for the contributions you make and people are thinking and talking about your contributions to society as well.  They also see your deviant behavior from the truth about God so represents well.  Strive to rate, relate, or reset yourself with God’s lifestyle each day as you pray.

Relax

For each hour you work, check in with God for 10 minutes to reflect and see what you have accomplished.  You will notice how smoothly you have handled yourself and situations that may have been a disaster, but God was with you hooking you up.  Learn to relax and reflect after each victory each hour of your life to appreciate God and the great memories of love. Like and enjoy the bad stuff too, counting it all as joy.

Rest

It is hard to relax and rest in God when He is not in your life.  Your rating does not exist and it is only in your mind that you are doing fine.  Everyone else can tell that you are a hot mess, homeless without God, which is what hell is.  You have been approved to burn and die twice as God rewards you as a sinner, without hope, rest, or relaxation in Jesus.
Today’s Question
Are you being molested and raped by the devil each day, with your approval, in your self-made prison of rebellion, being disobedient to God?

2 Chronicles 10

The Northern Tribes Revolt

10 Rehoboam went to Shechem, where all Israel had gathered to make him king. When Jeroboam son of Nebat heard of this, he returned from Egypt, for he had fled to Egypt to escape from King Solomon. The leaders of Israel summoned him, and Jeroboam and all Israel went to speak with Rehoboam. “Your father was a hard master,” they said. “Lighten the harsh labor demands and heavy taxes that your father imposed on us. Then we will be your loyal subjects.”
Rehoboam replied, “Come back in three days for my answer.” So the people went away.
Then King Rehoboam discussed the matter with the older men who had counseled his father, Solomon. “What is your advice?” he asked. “How should I answer these people?”
The older counselors replied, “If you are good to these people and do your best to please them and give them a favorable answer, they will always be your loyal subjects.”
But Rehoboam rejected the advice of the older men and instead asked the opinion of the young men who had grown up with him and were now his advisers. “What is your advice?” he asked them. “How should I answer these people who want me to lighten the burdens imposed by my father?”
10 The young men replied, “This is what you should tell those complainers who want a lighter burden: ‘My little finger is thicker than my father’s waist! 11 Yes, my father laid heavy burdens on you, but I’m going to make them even heavier! My father beat you with whips, but I will beat you with scorpions!’”
12 Three days later Jeroboam and all the people returned to hear Rehoboam’s decision, just as the king had ordered. 13 But Rehoboam spoke harshly to them, for he rejected the advice of the older counselors 14 and followed the counsel of his younger advisers. He told the people, “My father laid[a] heavy burdens on you, but I’m going to make them even heavier! My father beat you with whips, but I will beat you with scorpions!”
15 So the king paid no attention to the people. This turn of events was the will of God, for it fulfilled the Lord’s message to Jeroboam son of Nebat through the prophet Ahijah from Shiloh.
16 When all Israel realized[b] that the king had refused to listen to them, they responded,
“Down with the dynasty of David!
We have no interest in the son of Jesse.
Back to your homes, O Israel!
Look out for your own house, O David!”
So all the people of Israel returned home. 17 But Rehoboam continued to rule over the Israelites who lived in the towns of Judah.
18 King Rehoboam sent Adoniram,[c] who was in charge of forced labor, to restore order, but the people of Israel stoned him to death. When this news reached King Rehoboam, he quickly jumped into his chariot and fled to Jerusalem. 19 And to this day the northern tribes of Israel have refused to be ruled by a descendant of David.

Jonathan
