Piano Tuner

Hi Peeps,
Today’s Quote
“Let God tune your piano so that your voice, notes, thoughts, songs, good works, and words naturally vibrate in synch with each other, with perfect pitch and harmony.” ~ Jon Barnes

Piano Notes

Most notes on the piano have 3 strings that vibrate per piano key. Each string has to be tuned to vibrate at the same frequency to match pitch to sing in unison for each note.  The same holds true for your heart, mind, and mouth. God has to tune your heart to make your mind and mouth follow the vibrations and actions of the Bible teachings so that your lifestyle will match the perfect pitch of unison and harmony in all that you do with God.

Three Strings

The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit are the standard three strings that resonate in our lives to keep in tuned to what we should do, how we should live, and why we listen to God’s musical ideas about love and life.  We don’t follow our own strings and tuning ideas, but we let God adjust our love, thinking, and ways, so that our mouths and actions don’t betray us with wickedness.

Out Of Tune

People who cause tension, anxiety, and frustration will try to perform with an out of tune piano, purposefully playing wrong notes, and using incorrect chords. Displaying poor technique, skill, and effort is the mind set of the wicked, because they didn’t listen to God for instructions, lessons, and tuning adjustments. When we don’t read our bibles, pray, help, give, serve, love, and show patients, kindness, and meekness, the sound, feel, taste, presence, and look of joy disappears from our lives. Our strings have become loose and corrupt.
Today’s Question
Are you representing God’s Holy Word like an out of tune, old, dusty, junky piano?

Ruth 4

Boaz Marries Ruth

Meanwhile Boaz went up to the town gate and sat down there just as the guardian-redeemer[a] he had mentioned came along. Boaz said, “Come over here, my friend, and sit down.” So he went over and sat down.
Boaz took ten of the elders of the town and said, “Sit here,” and they did so.Then he said to the guardian-redeemer, “Naomi, who has come back from Moab, is selling the piece of land that belonged to our relative Elimelek. I thought I should bring the matter to your attention and suggest that you buy it in the presence of these seated here and in the presence of the elders of my people. If you will redeem it, do so. But if you[b] will not, tell me, so I will know. For no one has the right to do it except you, and I am next in line.”
“I will redeem it,” he said.
Then Boaz said, “On the day you buy the land from Naomi, you also acquire Ruth the Moabite, the[c] dead man’s widow, in order to maintain the name of the dead with his property.”
At this, the guardian-redeemer said, “Then I cannot redeem it because I might endanger my own estate. You redeem it yourself. I cannot do it.”
(Now in earlier times in Israel, for the redemption and transfer of property to become final, one party took off his sandal and gave it to the other. This was the method of legalizing transactions in Israel.)
So the guardian-redeemer said to Boaz, “Buy it yourself.” And he removed his sandal.
Then Boaz announced to the elders and all the people, “Today you are witnessesthat I have bought from Naomi all the property of Elimelek, Kilion and Mahlon. 10 I have also acquired Ruth the Moabite, Mahlon’s widow, as my wife, in order to maintain the name of the dead with his property, so that his name will not disappear from among his family or from his hometown. Today you are witnesses!”
11 Then the elders and all the people at the gate said, “We are witnesses. May the Lord make the woman who is coming into your home like Rachel and Leah, who together built up the family of Israel. May you have standing in Ephrathah and be famous in Bethlehem. 12 Through the offspring the Lord gives you by this young woman, may your family be like that of Perez, whom Tamar bore to Judah.”

Naomi Gains a Son

13 So Boaz took Ruth and she became his wife. When he made love to her, the Lord enabled her to conceive, and she gave birth to a son. 14 The women said to Naomi: “Praise be to the Lord, who this day has not left you without a guardian-redeemer. May he become famous throughout Israel! 15 He will renew your life and sustain you in your old age. For your daughter-in-law, who loves you and who is better to you than seven sons, has given him birth.”
16 Then Naomi took the child in her arms and cared for him. 17 The women living there said, “Naomi has a son!” And they named him Obed. He was the father of Jesse, the father of David.

The Genealogy of David

18 This, then, is the family line of Perez:
Perez was the father of Hezron,
19 Hezron the father of Ram,
Ram the father of Amminadab,
20 Amminadab the father of Nahshon,
Nahshon the father of Salmon,[d]
21 Salmon the father of Boaz,
Boaz the father of Obed,
22 Obed the father of Jesse,
and Jesse the father of David.

Changes

Hi Peeps,
Today’s Quote
“God activates changes to help us mark movement in time and motion in His Language of Love, Creation, and Life; so that you may know God’s Love Chords.”  ~ Jon Barnes

Chords

Changes are fundamental, biblical chord patterns used to create meaningful life sounds that are connected to meanings and words, which are used to communicate daily truth of our existence to God.  Without the “A” minor triad in place, from the “A” minor scale as a base (bass), ABCDEFG, the musical alphabet has no meaning to you and God’s holy trinity of structure and musical movement. The universal language is more than just words. Beware of the fiery tritone whip that is made out of three fiery cords, twisted together, burning to drive evil people away, into the hot pit of pride.

Words

You study music as a language of philosophy, chemistry, math, science, art, architecture, technology, Love, economics, agriculture, medicine politics, education, spirit, and life to understand the flow of God through sound and silence. Words come from the source of sound! You can track the details of God’s Spirit in the sounds of His Voice, Music, and Presence that connects to your personal Holy Spirit Wave File. This connection cannot be explained, but experience. With this connection, you know God, by being plugged into His TV. Netfix is not your God!

Sounds

Without sound, there is no voice and without words there is no choice. When we repent, we respond and sound out to God that we love Him, which activates and connect with His Heavenly Musical DNA of Spiritual Movement (HMDNA) that is out of this world. All things are made from God’s DNA and finger paintings of music that changes each second.  God’s creativity is infinite. You must learn and practice the sounds of God, based on His musical laws and structure, not just random noise! Learn the skills of God and practice your sounds, words, changes and chords.

John 3

Jesus Teaches Nicodemus

Now there was a Pharisee, a man named Nicodemus who was a member of the Jewish ruling council. He came to Jesus at night and said, “Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher who has come from God. For no one could perform the signs you are doing if God were not with him.”
Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.[a]
“How can someone be born when they are old?” Nicodemus asked. “Surely they cannot enter a second time into their mother’s womb to be born!”
Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit. Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit[b] gives birth to spirit. You should not be surprised at my saying, ‘You[c] must be born again.’ The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.”[d]
“How can this be?” Nicodemus asked.
10 “You are Israel’s teacher,” said Jesus, “and do you not understand these things?11 Very truly I tell you, we speak of what we know, and we testify to what we have seen, but still you people do not accept our testimony. 12 I have spoken to you of earthly things and you do not believe; how then will you believe if I speak of heavenly things? 13 No one has ever gone into heaven except the one who came from heaven—the Son of Man.[e] 14 Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up,[f] 15 that everyone who believes may have eternal life in him.”[g]
16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. 17 For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him.18 Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son. 19 This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. 20 Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposed. 21 But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in the sight of God.

John Testifies Again About Jesus

22 After this, Jesus and his disciples went out into the Judean countryside, where he spent some time with them, and baptized. 23 Now John also was baptizing at Aenon near Salim, because there was plenty of water, and people were coming and being baptized. 24 (This was before John was put in prison.) 25 An argument developed between some of John’s disciples and a certain Jew over the matter of ceremonial washing. 26 They came to John and said to him, “Rabbi, that man who was with you on the other side of the Jordan—the one you testified about—look, he is baptizing, and everyone is going to him.”
27 To this John replied, “A person can receive only what is given them from heaven. 28 You yourselves can testify that I said, ‘I am not the Messiah but am sent ahead of him.’ 29 The bride belongs to the bridegroom. The friend who attends the bridegroom waits and listens for him, and is full of joy when he hears the bridegroom’s voice. That joy is mine, and it is now complete. 30 He must become greater; I must become less.”[h]
31 The one who comes from above is above all; the one who is from the earth belongs to the earth, and speaks as one from the earth. The one who comes from heaven is above all. 32 He testifies to what he has seen and heard, but no one accepts his testimony. 33 Whoever has accepted it has certified that God is truthful. 34 For the one whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God[i]gives the Spirit without limit. 35 The Father loves the Son and has placed everything in his hands. 36 Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on them.
Love,
Jonathan

Balanced Sleep

baby-1151351_1920

Hi Peeps,
Today’s Quote
“Divide your time up into Three different categories of Sleep, Work, and Play so that your faith flows between all aspects of your life completely.” ~ Jon Barnes

Percentages

Eight hours of each category per day are ideal, yet 75% for each category is a good realistic goal. Sleep that makes you happy when you wake up helps to heal and repair damaged tissue, cells, and organs so that you can operate well into the day. Work that makes you happy and smile will allow you to enjoy life a long time. Making time to play, laugh, and smile while you help people will help build up your immune system and fight off illness.

Efficiency

You body chemicals will regulate all of you major organs properly when you maintain a balance schedule and proper percentages of activities to minimize fatigue and permanent damage. Exercising and choosing the proper, jobs, functions and activities are not always easy or available.  Your job is to make efficient choices to minimize risk and maximize ROI, return of your investment of time, education, resources, and proper lifestyle with your family, friends, and employment.

Productivity

Productivity increases when you are the owner, buyer, seller, and repair person in your shop. As your business grows you can hire help to train and give back to your community. Productivity based on deception, greed, and evil business practices are really counterproductive and harmful to your life, health, and Soul. God will judge our productivity, quality and honesty of work ethic and our lifestyle will show proof and evidence of our True Success in God, in which money can not measure.

Today’s Question

Are you letting greed, lust, and laziness balance your time, resulting in poor performance, production, and lifestyle quality or will you let God help you improve the fruits of your productivity?

Titus 2

Doing Good for the Sake of the Gospel

You, however, must teach what is appropriate to sound doctrine. Teach the older men to be temperate, worthy of respect, self-controlled, and sound in faith, in love and in endurance.
Likewise, teach the older women to be reverent in the way they live, not to be slanderers or addicted to much wine, but to teach what is good. Then they can urge the younger women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God.
Similarly, encourage the young men to be self-controlled. In everything set them an example by doing what is good. In your teaching show integrity, seriousness and soundness of speech that cannot be condemned, so that those who oppose you may be ashamed because they have nothing bad to say about us.
Teach slaves to be subject to their masters in everything, to try to please them, not to talk back to them, 10 and not to steal from them, but to show that they can be fully trusted, so that in every way they will make the teaching about God our Saviorattractive.
11 For the grace of God has appeared that offers salvation to all people. 12 It teaches us to say “No” to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, 13 while we wait for the blessed hope—the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, 14 who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own, eager to do what is good.
15 These, then, are the things you should teach. Encourage and rebuke with all authority. Do not let anyone despise you.
Love,
Jonathan

Acts of Harmony

apple-570965_1920
Hi Peeps,
“Fear, miscommunication, disobedience, and dissension will create and ACT as a roadblock to and from your heart, killing your peace, love, joy, and measures of prevention with God!’  ~  Jon Barnes

Harmony ACTS

Be still and know that God is God so that you may listen, act, and step into your blessings of love, hope, charity, and gratitude.  Enjoy the help God sends you to spring, soar, and see in the proper direction for your life.  Your viewpoint becomes your vantage point to teach, train, learn, and grow in God’s word, work, and ways, with a lifestyle that is uniquely amazing.  Your harmonious words, ways and works are not staggered, staged, or strategic, stumbling blocks for people to fall over. Focus on singing in tune, with the proper key signature, so that your words and works are not too sharp, overly flat or confusing. Act with God, with His fruits of harmony.

Building Blocks

Each thing you read, learn, say, and do for God lines up like an answered prayer of Hope for the next generation, which are the seed of Godly success, persistence, patience, and progress.  You must take the time to build the proper foundation and oversee the entire project from start to finish, so that God gets the full Glory from all aspects of your life.  These Building Blocks connect us all together, shining the light of love that sings and plays harmonies of honor into the ears of All Mighty God!  What a blessing it is to be a Masterful Musician for God, from the lips of His Children.

Block Chords ACTS

Your mind, heart, and body become one block chord of cement, killing you from within and destroying your soul, because there is no harmony in your life.  You look for those harmonious chords of old, but they are silent– ringing no more.  Scratching your head as you wonder why, asking what is in store. Build and use God’s perfect harmonies with the fruit of the Spirit, which is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control.  Otherwise, your heart has grown cold. The final curtain call is near, last call to repent my dear.
Today’s Question
Are you blocking your chords and destroying the harmony God has given you for your life or do you enjoy struggling every night?

Acts 28New International Version (NIV)

Paul Ashore on Malta

1 Once safely on shore, we found out that the island was called Malta. 2The islanders showed us unusual kindness. They built a fire and welcomed us all because it was raining and cold. 3 Paul gathered a pile of brushwood and, as he put it on the fire, a viper, driven out by the heat, fastened itself on his hand. 4 When the islanders saw the snake hanging from his hand, they said to each other, “This man must be a murderer; for though he escaped from the sea, the goddess Justice has not allowed him to live.” 5 But Paul shook the snake off into the fire and suffered no ill effects. 6 The people expected him to swell up or suddenly fall dead; but after waiting a long time and seeing nothing unusual happen to him, they changed their minds and said he was a god. 7 There was an estate nearby that belonged to Publius, the chief official of the island. He welcomed us to his home and showed us generous hospitality for three days. 8 His father was sick in bed, suffering from fever and dysentery. Paul went in to see him and, after prayer, placed his hands on him and healed him. 9 When this had happened, the rest of the sick on the island came and were cured. 10 They honored us in many ways; and when we were ready to sail, they furnished us with the supplies we needed.

Paul’s Arrival at Rome

11 After three months we put out to sea in a ship that had wintered in the island—it was an Alexandrian ship with the figurehead of the twin gods Castor and Pollux. 12 We put in at Syracuse and stayed there three days.13 From there we set sail and arrived at Rhegium. The next day the south wind came up, and on the following day we reached Puteoli. 14 There we found some brothers and sisters who invited us to spend a week with them. And so we came to Rome. 15 The brothers and sisters there had heard that we were coming, and they traveled as far as the Forum of Appius and the Three Taverns to meet us. At the sight of these people Paul thanked God and was encouraged. 16 When we got to Rome, Paul was allowed to live by himself, with a soldier to guard him.

Paul Preaches at Rome Under Guard

17 Three days later he called together the local Jewish leaders. When they had assembled, Paul said to them: “My brothers, although I have done nothing against our people or against the customs of our ancestors, I was arrested in Jerusalem and handed over to the Romans. 18 They examined me and wanted to release me, because I was not guilty of any crime deserving death. 19 The Jews objected, so I was compelled to make an appeal to Caesar. I certainly did not intend to bring any charge against my own people. 20 For this reason I have asked to see you and talk with you. It is because of the hope of Israel that I am bound with this chain.” 21 They replied, “We have not received any letters from Judea concerning you, and none of our people who have come from there has reported or said anything bad about you. 22 But we want to hear what your views are, for we know that people everywhere are talking against this sect.” 23 They arranged to meet Paul on a certain day, and came in even larger numbers to the place where he was staying. He witnessed to them from morning till evening, explaining about the kingdom of God, and from the Law of Moses and from the Prophets he tried to persuade them about Jesus. 24 Some were convinced by what he said, but others would not believe. 25 They disagreed among themselves and began to leave after Paul had made this final statement: “The Holy Spirit spoke the truth to your ancestors when he said through Isaiah the prophet: 26 “ ‘Go to this people and say, “You will be ever hearing but never understanding; you will be ever seeing but never perceiving.” 27 For this people’s heart has become calloused; they hardly hear with their ears, and they have closed their eyes. Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts and turn, and I would heal them.’ 28 “Therefore I want you to know that God’s salvation has been sent to the Gentiles, and they will listen!” 30 For two whole years Paul stayed there in his own rented house and welcomed all who came to see him. 31 He proclaimed the kingdom of God and taught about the Lord Jesus Christ—with all boldness and without hindrance!
Lots of Love,
Jonathan
