Belly Up

Hi Peeps,
Today’s Quote
“When I get out of the 50-meter pool, I look like a dolphin on its belly, rolling onto its back to get into a sit up position, which makes the old lady swimmers laugh.” ~ Jon Barnes

Usage

My belly muscle is getting stronger and the fat is reducing since I am finding ways to use this section of my body strategically in my daily movements. Using God’s ways and lifestyle in your daily movements will net you the best productivity in all of the good things you would like to do. Or you can work like a slave to greed and laziness by taking the easy way out, doing whatever you want to. Have fun with your productivity and creativity or keep following the black hole.

Purpose

After every 15 minutes of sitting, get up and do 5 minutes worth of Belly something stretches to give your body a chance to counter the sitting functions in your life. Apply this same concept to God, while you are belly up, doing your new movements, reflecting, praying, singing, meditation, listening, or reading the Bible, etc are good ideas. Your balanced and efficient efforts will inspire people, your personal goals, spiritual growth, and your new movement choices. Challenge yourself.

Movements

Mix up your movements and rotate your activities within your hour cycles of work, so that your body can recover from the mundane effects of sitting still.  Spiritually, we have to do the same things with our approach, faith, prayer, and development, so that we can experience God’s love, power, wisdom, and understanding in many areas. Movement allows us to get out of our comfort zones to keep our mind, body, heart, spirit, and soul fit for duty, action, praise, worship, and fun. Talk less, do more belly ups!
Today’s Question

Does your walk with God look like your belly and will you take responsibility for your actions and improvements?

Leviticus 15

Bodily Discharges

15 The Lord said to Moses and Aaron, “Give the following instructions to the people of Israel.
“Any man who has a bodily discharge is ceremonially unclean. This defilement is caused by his discharge, whether the discharge continues or stops. In either case the man is unclean. Any bed on which the man with the discharge lies and anything on which he sits will be ceremonially unclean. So if you touch the man’s bed, you must wash your clothes and bathe yourself in water, and you will remain unclean until evening. If you sit where the man with the discharge has sat, you must wash your clothes and bathe yourself in water, and you will remain unclean until evening. If you touch the man with the discharge, you must wash your clothes and bathe yourself in water, and you will remain unclean until evening. If the man spits on you, you must wash your clothes and bathe yourself in water, and you will remain unclean until evening. Any saddle blanket on which the man rides will be ceremonially unclean. 10 If you touch anything that was under the man, you will be unclean until evening. You must wash your clothes and bathe yourself in water, and you will remain unclean until evening. 11 If the man touches you without first rinsing his hands, you must wash your clothes and bathe yourself in water, and you will remain unclean until evening. 12 Any clay pot the man touches must be broken, and any wooden utensil he touches must be rinsed with water.
13 “When the man with the discharge is healed, he must count off seven days for the period of purification. Then he must wash his clothes and bathe himself in fresh water, and he will be ceremonially clean. 14 On the eighth day he must get two turtledoves or two young pigeons and come before the Lord at the entrance of the Tabernacle[a] and give his offerings to the priest. 15 The priest will offer one bird for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering. Through this process, the priest will purify[b] the man before the Lord for his discharge.
16 “Whenever a man has an emission of semen, he must bathe his entire body in water, and he will remain ceremonially unclean until the next evening.[c] 17 Any clothing or leather with semen on it must be washed in water, and it will remain unclean until evening. 18 After a man and a woman have sexual intercourse, they must each bathe in water, and they will remain unclean until the next evening.
19 “Whenever a woman has her menstrual period, she will be ceremonially unclean for seven days. Anyone who touches her during that time will be unclean until evening. 20 Anything on which the woman lies or sits during the time of her period will be unclean. 21 If any of you touch her bed, you must wash your clothes and bathe yourself in water, and you will remain unclean until evening. 22 If you touch any object she has sat on, you must wash your clothes and bathe yourself in water, and you will remain unclean until evening. 23 This includes her bed or any other object she has sat on; you will be unclean until evening if you touch it. 24 If a man has sexual intercourse with her and her blood touches him, her menstrual impurity will be transmitted to him. He will remain unclean for seven days, and any bed on which he lies will be unclean.
25 “If a woman has a flow of blood for many days that is unrelated to her menstrual period, or if the blood continues beyond the normal period, she is ceremonially unclean. As during her menstrual period, the woman will be unclean as long as the discharge continues. 26 Any bed she lies on and any object she sits on during that time will be unclean, just as during her normal menstrual period. 27 If any of you touch these things, you will be ceremonially unclean. You must wash your clothes and bathe yourself in water, and you will remain unclean until evening.
28 “When the woman’s bleeding stops, she must count off seven days. Then she will be ceremonially clean. 29 On the eighth day she must bring two turtledoves or two young pigeons and present them to the priest at the entrance of the Tabernacle. 30 The priest will offer one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering. Through this process, the priest will purify her before the Lord for the ceremonial impurity caused by her bleeding.
31 “This is how you will guard the people of Israel from ceremonial uncleanness. Otherwise they would die, for their impurity would defile my Tabernacle that stands among them. 32 These are the instructions for dealing with anyone who has a bodily discharge—a man who is unclean because of an emission of semen 33 or a woman during her menstrual period. It applies to any man or woman who has a bodily discharge, and to a man who has sexual intercourse with a woman who is ceremonially unclean.”

You’re Right

Business People Talking Discussing Concept

Hi Peeps,

Today’s Quote

“When you stick with God’s plan, ways and thinking, people will wonder why you are correct, successful, and ahead of the pack, not following the crowd!” ~ Jon Barnes

Pure

God’s answers are pure and you cannot know the purpose until your faith and good work has been executed.  Your belief, conviction, actions, and good works will flow in the direction God wants to take you, which may walk you through the fire, rain, hail, snow, air, and water to get to the sunshine destination. Do what God says and stop trying to play God!

Love

God’s love has a way of exposing the truth in all situations that are blind to the natural eye and your personal thought will not be the thoughts of God. When you abandon your thought to open up and understand where God is coming from, the miracles in your life will be plentiful, which shines from the sun onto the earth for all to see. Listen, understand, and know the warning signs and Love of God!

Knows

Your life is special because God said it and you believed it because you are obeying what God wants you to do, with blind faith.  You know that your thoughts are incorrect and it is fun to patiently wait for the set of instructions for the next mission to appear.  When they do, you know the truth and the truth sets you free to laugh at all of the lies that are around you. God is never wrong. You’re Right for a change when you learn to love God’s corrections in your life, as you follow Him at His Word!

Exodus 20

Ten Commandments for the Covenant Community

20 Then God gave the people all these instructions[a]:
“I am the Lord your God, who rescued you from the land of Egypt, the place of your slavery.
“You must not have any other god but me.
“You must not make for yourself an idol of any kind or an image of anything in the heavens or on the earth or in the sea. You must not bow down to them or worship them, for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God who will not tolerate your affection for any other gods. I lay the sins of the parents upon their children; the entire family is affected—even children in the third and fourth generations of those who reject me. But I lavish unfailing love for a thousand generations on those[b] who love me and obey my commands.
“You must not misuse the name of the Lord your God. The Lord will not let you go unpunished if you misuse his name.
“Remember to observe the Sabbath day by keeping it holy. You have six days each week for your ordinary work, 10 but the seventh day is a Sabbath day of rest dedicated to the Lord your God. On that day no one in your household may do any work. This includes you, your sons and daughters, your male and female servants, your livestock, and any foreigners living among you. 11 For in six daysthe Lord made the heavens, the earth, the sea, and everything in them; but on the seventh day he rested. That is why the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and set it apart as holy.
12 “Honor your father and mother. Then you will live a long, full life in the land the Lord your God is giving you.
13 “You must not murder.
14 “You must not commit adultery.
15 “You must not steal.
16 “You must not testify falsely against your neighbor.
17 “You must not covet your neighbor’s house. You must not covet your neighbor’s wife, male or female servant, ox or donkey, or anything else that belongs to your neighbor.”
18 When the people heard the thunder and the loud blast of the ram’s horn, and when they saw the flashes of lightning and the smoke billowing from the mountain, they stood at a distance, trembling with fear.
19 And they said to Moses, “You speak to us, and we will listen. But don’t let God speak directly to us, or we will die!”
20 “Don’t be afraid,” Moses answered them, “for God has come in this way to test you, and so that your fear of him will keep you from sinning!”
21 As the people stood in the distance, Moses approached the dark cloud where God was.

Proper Use of Altars

22 And the Lord said to Moses, “Say this to the people of Israel: You saw for yourselves that I spoke to you from heaven. 23 Remember, you must not make any idols of silver or gold to rival me.
24 “Build for me an altar made of earth, and offer your sacrifices to me—your burnt offerings and peace offerings, your sheep and goats, and your cattle. Build my altar wherever I cause my name to be remembered, and I will come to you and bless you. 25 If you use stones to build my altar, use only natural, uncut stones. Do not shape the stones with a tool, for that would make the altar unfit for holy use.26 And do not approach my altar by going up steps. If you do, someone might look up under your clothing and see your nakedness.

Love,

Jonathan
